Red Balloon-Cambridge students visit Taj Tandoori, Indian Restaurant, in Cambridge

A few weeks ago students and staff enjoyed a delicious Curry prepared by the chef of Cambridge’s Taj Tandoori’s restaurant. Back then students were eager to find out more about the restaurant and its kitchen.  To the students’ great surprise, three students and two staff were invited to tour the restaurant. Students were very interested in the kitchen and its equipment. Taj Tandoori’s chef then treated the group to soft drinks and a chicken curry. One of the students was particularly interested as he will be starting a course in catering and hospitality very soon. We are thrilled that Taj Tandoori even offered this student an apprenticeship.
