Staff and students at Red Balloon - Cambridge have started planting vegetables at an allotment, provided by the mother of Helen the Centre’s history teacher. The allotment will provide a great opportunity to learn more about plants and how to grow vegetables.

The Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted), which regulates and inspects education for learners of all ages, has judged Red Balloon-Cambridge “outstanding” or “good” in all categories.
Lord of the Rings successfully staged by Red Balloon-Cambridge
Students and staff at Red Balloon-Cambridge proudly presented their third play ‘Lord of the Rings’, a parody of the original written by J. R. R. Tolkien, at St Faith’s School Cambridge on Thursday 7 April 2011. Supporters, staff and parents were all impressed by the tremendous performance and effort the students put into the play.

Yesterday six of our students and three of our staff performed at the ‘Rising above bullying’ book launch. Students were very excited to present their song and the song performed together with students and staff of Red Balloon Norwich.

Red Balloon - Cambridge students have been working hard this term on their newest asd third play. A parody of ‘Lord of the rRngs’ written and performed by Students of Red Balloon - Cambridge, supervised by deputy head and drama teacher Sarah Phelps, will be staged on 7th April at 6pm at Saint Faith’s School, Cambridge.

Luke Little, Associate at Ernst & Young Cambridge, completed an incredible feat which ended last Sunday. Red Balloon - Cambridge's very own marathon man completed an arduous and incredibly daunting triple marathon to raise funds for the centre.
