First Capital Connect to display Anti-Bullying posters designed by Red Balloon Students
First Capital Connect (FCC), in partnership with Cambridge based anti-bullying organisation Red Balloon, has launched an anti-bullying poster campaign across its entire network.

Red Balloon, the national organisation for the recovery of bullied children, welcomed the Taylor report on PRUs, but regretted that the opportunity to make provision for the victims of those excluded from school for violent or aggressive behaviour has still not been taken.
